Use oxiclean as directed and scrub surfaces where mold has discolored the material. I recently found out that aluminum siding oxidizes over time giving it a chalky appearance. Better to go with a product like whink rust stain remover to clean rust from metals and rust stains from fabrics. If mold or mildew is the culprit spraying with a bleach solution will remove it.
