Even with panels other structures then habitat have no power. I have my habitat with an oxygenator inside but the rest of the base isnt being oxygen filled even though it is connected all with hallways and such it seems not to be pressurized beyond the habitat but i did do all the pressure walls for the hallways and also for the barracks or am i missing something like that the bio dome needs. You are supposed to park it near the solar panel and then go into the menu and drag the icon over to the panel but the icon for bikes and gav and stuff do not show thats why i was asking when it was going to be fixed. I get that it s not working but i can t even get it to show up on to let me drag it into the solar panel. Solar panels are solar panels now avalible at the very begining. You need to use the repair tool on the hab and select make public then the fabricator works etc do the same for barracks i just went round and made everything public when you click on solar panel it shows you its footprint of coverage area if you don t do this no solar power will go to hab and other items so from colony to public.
