Benton roofing can offer a manufacturer no dollar limit warranty on every type of roof system we install. All warranty projects are coordinated through our in house technical department which helps to ensure that all applicable requirements are met and all projects are inspected personally.

The warranty only includes roof leakage that is caused by defects in labor or materials. These warranties like all manufacturer warranties are subject to certain terms and limitations stated by the manufacturer. With an original cost warranty the manufacturer is only obligated to repair leaks costing up to the total of the original roofing purchase. No dollar limit warranties are provided by the manufacturer rather than the roofing company.

There is normally a charge for no dollar limit warranties. Limited no dollar limit weathertight warranties. This is usually considered to be the most favorable kind of warranty because it means the manufacturer will take full responsibility for the associated costs of repairing a defective roof without placing any restriction on the amount they will spend.
